At the event, we will talk about your rights, how the industry has worked with landowners in the past, and steps you can take to better protect your property and water sources before, during, and after being undermined. This is a totally free event, and there will be light snacks and refreshments available to share over discussion.
Additional information on the proposed hydrogen and carbon capture build-out of our area will also be discussed at the meeting. We will offer time and provide resources during this March 5th event to hear any community issues or questions concerning owners rights.
