On March 31, 2020 Health First PA hosted a webinar that featured information about the impacts of methane pollution from natural gas production. Listeners learned from experts from the University of Pittsburgh about the risks of air pollution from living near oil and gas development. In addition, participants heard directly from residents of Marianna, Pennsylvania, who are experiencing high amounts of oil and gas pollution as well as devastating impacts on the health of their children. The Evangelical Environmental Network provided a unique perspective of ways we can see beyond our differences and work together to protect the health of our children and communities. If you missed the webinar, you can view a recording here. The webinar was also supported by the Southwest PA Environmental Health Project, Clean Air Council, and Moms Clean Air Force.
